Yes! Our Temps are so good, often companies just can’t let them go. We have a temp-to-permanent program to help you build your dream team. Contact Customer Success Manager for immediately.
The real question is why do you even need to? We screen all our potential temps through a 5-stage stringent vetting process, saving you valuable time. Since we own the vetting, we guarantee the quality of every temp. If you don’t feel they are the right fit within first 2 hours we’ll replace them free of charge.
We have spent time screening and vetting, onboarding talent that have proven they are capable of adding value straight away. In the unusual event that you’re not happy with performance we’ll replace the Temp, this is organised on a case by case basis so please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your experience.
Minim engagement duration is 4 hours, this flexibility enables you to scale up or down and right-size your team according to your business needs.
